Inner Circle Girls Group

Inner Circle Girl’s Group (ICGG) is an educational and art making group focused on:
— providing education to teen girls on trauma, resiliency, and coping skills
— how to create and maintain healthy body boundaries
— regulating emotions
— providing opportunity for a peer support system

ICGG is designed for teens who have experienced harassment, toxic or unsafe relationships, challenging family dynamics, and/or other traumatic experiences. Participants will not be made to discuss their trauma at any point. ICGG is not designed to replace individual therapy, but rather acts as an additional support.

Group is free to all participants and dinner is included.
