Inner Child Exploration Series

Educational group for adult survivors of childhood trauma, and/or their spouses & caregivers.

This group combines self-exploration and creative art to promote coping, healing, and overall wellness. All art materials are provided to attendees.

While registration is not required, we encourage you to do so to allow staff to plan for the necessary materials. In-person and virtual options are available.
