Inner Child Exploration

Educational group for adult survivors of childhood trauma, and/or their spouses & caregivers.

This group combines self-exploration and creative art to promote coping, healing, and overall wellness. All art materials are provided to attendees.

Groups are led by our Licensed Trauma Therapist and/or trained Child & Family Advocates.
