Hope for the Holidays

The holiday season can be difficult for those grieving the loss of a loved one.
Join Healthy Adams County for “Hope for the Holidays”, a free program designed to provide a safe space for sharing experiences, coping strategies, and hope.
David Mitchell, an experienced grief counselor, will guide each session.

“Hope for the Holidays” has three sessions. Each offering valuable insights and tools, with unique focuses. All sessions are free, but registration is appreciated. You may attend one or all three!

Session 1: The Challenge of Holiday Grieving (December 16)
Session 2: Taking Care of Ourselves During the Holidays (December 23)
Session 3: Hope for the New Year (December 30)
